FAQ
Can I see the result before ordering?
Yes: the preview updates live as you personalise, and you check it one last time in the basket.
Will it arrive in time?
The estimated delivery date for your country is shown just above the button. Before the holidays, the last order date for Christmas delivery is shown at the top of the page.
What if my photo isn't sharp enough?
The site warns you as soon as you upload if the photo looks too small. Ideally choose the original rather than a photo received by messaging app.
What if the item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo: we will replace or refund it, in line with the legal guarantee of conformity.
