Maison Douceline is a small French company, born in Poitiers. Behind the shop is Nicolas: he chooses the products, checks every order and answers your messages.
Our idea
The best gifts are the ones that tell a story. A photo, names, a date… and an everyday object becomes a keepsake treasured for years.
How we work
We make nothing in advance and keep no stock: every item is personalised to order in partner workshops in Europe specialising in printing and embroidery. Less waste, and an item made exactly as you imagined it.
Our commitments
- You see the result live and check it before paying.
- Every parcel is sent with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you.
- Your photos are used only to make your order and are never sold or reused.
- A real person answers your messages.
